Presale is the only way to secure a lower-priced ticket to Sidebyside.
Once general ticket allocations go on sale, two time-based entry ticket types are available:
General Admission (Pre-3pm Entry)
Arrive before 3pm and save on your ticket.
General Admission (Enter Anytime)
Stay flexible, arrive at the festival whenever you like.
Both options give you the same full festival experience once inside the site, the only difference is your arrival time.
Please Note:
Failure to arrive before 3pm with an 'Enter Before 3pm' ticket will require you to pay the additional cost associated with an 'Enter Anytime' ticket to be admitted to the festival.

There are strictly no refunds for Sidebyside tickets.
However, you may sell your ticket and have the name changed via Tixel.
Tucked away between the city and Karrawirra Pari (Torrens River), Sidebyside Festival is located in Helen Mayo Park and just a few minute walk from Hindley Street. Take a left on Festival Drive over the Morphett Street Bridge and find your way to paradise.
DROP OFF: Turn around in the Riverside Rowing Club carpark.
TRAM: Get off at the City West Tram Stop on North Terrace.
Everyone should feel welcome at Sidebyside. Our festival site at Tulya Wardli / Helen Mayo Park has step-free access, accessible toilets, and we're continually improving accessibility in consultation with our community.

There are no passouts at Sidebyside. If you leave, you will not be permitted back inside the festival without purchasing another ticket.
Yes, a variety of options of food will be available for purchase on site. You are welcome to bring snacks with you (muesli bars, fruit, etc) provided they are sealed / unopened.
